This website is designed to help you explore NUE products and contact our team. We only ask for the information needed to understand and respond to your enquiry.

Information you provide

When you submit the contact form, NUE securely stores the details you provide, including your name, contact details, city, project type and message. Email and WhatsApp remain available as optional contact methods.

How information is used

Information sent to NUE may be used to respond to your enquiry, understand your project requirements and continue relevant product conversations.

Storage and protection

Enquiries are held in access-controlled AWS services with encryption, recovery protection and versioned backups. Authorised NUE team members can export enquiry records to an Excel workbook for customer follow-up. Records are retained for business continuity and may be removed when no longer required, subject to applicable law.
